Here we chronicle our investigation tracing why, the massive and unprecedented relief and recovery money from the international community to Haiti since the violent quake on January 10, 2010, has failed to even minimally improve the Government of Haiti’s capacity to meet its citizens basic development needs. We welcome assistance and leads from anyone who has information and/or documents relevant to relief and recovery contracting in post-quake Haiti.
